There can only be a truce between the Grupo Mayan and myself when ALL THE MONEY OWED IS SAFELY DEPOSITED INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT. I too am determined to bring this situation to a satisfactory conclusion, and that can only happen when all the money owed is deposited into my bank account. The details will be emailed to the Grupo Mayan shortly as promised. In the meantime bearing in mind that the first promise by the Grupo Mayan was reneged upon by them I have no option now but to fight the good fight with all my might until the end. No erasure of comments will be made until ALL THE MONEY OWED IS SAFELY IN MY BANK ACCOUNT WHERE IT BELONGS!

Then I shall sign a contract to say no more comments and only then! The matter is not resolved as yet, and "eastern promises" are of no use to me at all. Action always speaks louder than words!!!!

LET US SEE WHAT THE NEXT MOVE OF THE GRUPO MAYAN WILL BE...

NOW THAT I HAVE STOPPED POSTING GRUPO MAYAN IS STILL NOT RETURNING ANY OF MY MONEY TO ME DESPITE MY EFFORTS TO GO THERE IN PERSON WHILST IN MEXICO AND ASK FOR IT TO BE RETURNED WITHIN THE FIVE DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD.

THIS IS JUST A TERRIBLE SCAM ALTOGETHER. NOW I SEE WHY THE MAYAN PALACE IS SO FANCY...IT IS BECAUSE THEY ARE HEARTLESSLY RIPPING OFF ANYONE THEY CAN. THEIR METHODS OF "PRESENTATION" AND THE DARING TO PUT SOMETHING IN THE COFFEE OR TEA (BROUGHT SEPARATELY TO THE TABLE DURING THE "BUFFET BREAKFAST" SPEAKS FOR ITSELF.

PEOPLE BEWARE. BY THE WAY WITH WHICH BANK DOES THE GRUPO MAYAN BANK? CAN ANYONE HELP HERE?

NO BUSINESS HAS THE RIGHT TO EVEN HAVE THEIR REPS AT AN AIRPORT LIKE THEY DO IN CANCUN AND HAVE ONLY ONE THING IN MIND, DECEPTTION. THIS IS MORE THAN A SCAM...IT IS A TOTAL MISREPRESENTATION AND A DANGEROUS TRAP FOR ANYONE THINKING OF BUYING TIMESHARE.

THE PLACE IN MADEIRA THAT I WENT TO, A TIMESHARE, IS SO MUCH MORE TAME IN EVERY WAY. THIS "HARD SALES PRESSURE" IS HARASSMENT.

IT IS ABOUT TIME THAT THE GRUPO MAYAN ACCEPTED THAT IT IS CAUSING UNTOLD TROUBLE TO INDIVIDUALS AND THAT THEY ARE BULLIES AND...

THEY DO NOT GIVE ANY GOOD NAME TO MEXICO AT ALL.

Dear Readers,

True to our commitment to Customer Care and in an attempt to resolve Ms. Christopher’s situation in good faith; we contacted her and offered a resolution. Verbally, she had agreed to stop posting during our negotiations and accepted them without hesitation.

Needless to say, she has made it clear it is not in her interest to cooperate in resolving this matter at all as she continues to post compulsively. We cannot negotiate in this manner. We have principles and our integrity is being compromised.

We host thousands of satisfied guests every week and we measure the caliber of our quality through several mediums in an attempt to improve on a daily basis. In fact, the company employs and trains thousands of individuals that work hard day and night to satisfy each and every guest and her bogus accusations without support are unacceptable. We have received many certifications that prove her accusations are completely untruthful.

Therefore, as we had said before, we will not continue entertaining libel online and Ms. Christopher has our contact information if she would like to cooperate in the way we had offered to resolve this matter. We will no longer continue any communications with her if we are not contacted through the proper channels.

Hopefully one day, she will understand that our intentions are honest and she will let us complete our negotiations.
