I was one of the many customers who was taken from our money. We invested trusting the Grupo Mayan but at the end, they did not respond.

I wish something can be done legally. I know I am not the only person with this complaint. A class action suit was submitted in California but it did not include all the people affected. What can we do?They took our money to finance a resort, and they never gave us the opportunity to use and have what we paid.

After I spent closer to $30,000.00 in down payment, monthly payments and the transfer of my rights of my timeshare from Orlando Florida to this one, now I have nothing. Now I understand why they never responded to my email and letter inquiries.

Monetary Loss: $30000.

Preferred solution: My status as a timeshare owner since I may not be able to get refund.
